This project is a collection of essays by influential designers on the subject of typography and layout in publication design. The intended audience are young emerging designers with an interest in typography. Display typefaces and graphic elements were selected and made to enhance the essence of each essay while still producing a synthesised and cohesive result that demonstrates an understanding of the principles of type and layout design.
